UEFA Europa League: How will Everton lineup against Dynamo Kiev

Europa League Match Preview

Coming afresh from their win against fellow Premier League side Newcastle, Everton would be hoping that the worse is behind them as far as results are concerned. Having won just 1 fixture out of the last 6 in the Premier League, the Toffees have been in poor form of late.

Residing with 31 points in the Premier League just 6 points adrift of the relegation spot, Everton would be hoping that a good run in Europe might distract their minds from the woeful performances in the domestic competition.

While Liverpool and Tottenham have both been eradicated from the 2nd tier competition in Europe, Everton are the only side from England that is still residing in the competition. And looking at the 2-1 scoreline from the first leg which is in favor of the blues, the Merseyside outfit is in contention for a place in the final 16 of Europa League.

Talking about the injuries and although the Toffees have their fair share of sorrows this season, the injuries have kept with them throughout thus adding to their frustrations.

However, after that win against Newcastle in which both Jon Stones and Alan McGeady were absent, the duo has boarded the flight to Dynamo Kiev along with their colleagues.

Having played 9 games in the competition so far, the Blues have faced just 1 defeat and have let in a miser 6 goals against them. Thus, at a time when their fortunes in the domestic competition were tumbling, a good run in Europa League has helped their fans to keep their hopes afloat.

Here is how Everton are expected to lineup against Dynamo Kiev: –
