Overture before El Clasico, Barcelona might be kicked out from Primera due to tax fraud in Neymar transfer

Soccer News:

Another El Clasico is just around the corner, but instead of player opinion who will win we got a Spain court opinion for this El Clasico. Quick reminder if you don’t know what is happening. Spain court has raised a case against Barcelona for transfer Neymar from Santos to Barcelona in 2013. According to the court Barcelona didn’t shown the correct amount that they pay Santos for Neymar, instead Barcelona paid one part to Santos and other to some various companies that were own by Neymar father or his agent.  One month ago Pablo Ruz, investigating judge from Spain court, issued an indictment against Barcelona. Three days ago Ruz also accused current and ex Barcelona presidents Josep Bartomeu and Sandro Rosell. Some Spanish newspapers are saying that Ruz will want a long prison sentences for Bartomeu and Rosell and to kick Barcelona out of Primera division for one or two seasons.

Ruz said that Barcelona officials made all kind of plans to hide the true price of Neymar. According to Ruz Barcelona paid for Neymar 83.3 million euros while they announce that transfer was “only” 57.1 million euros. Spain media are looking differently about this case and possible sentences. Off course Catalonia newspapers are all full of critics toward this decision and they all agree that Spain court already accused Barcelona as guilty in this case. But one thing they all agree is that Barcelona will not get kicked out of Primera division as Ruz will ask, that would be too big punishment not only for Barcelona but for whole Spain. Catalonia media are also trying to find who reported Barcelona to Spain court? And everyone agree that current Real Madrid president Florentino Perez might be behind this. Real Madrid also wanted to buy Neymar in 2013 but they get cooled once Santos told them that Neymar price is 150 million euros and not long after that they sold him to Barcelona for only 57 million. With all this upcoming El Clasico might once more be real war on the field and on the stadium.
