La Liga: Sergio Ramos to leave Real Madrid?

LA Liga Transfer News:

Real Madrid is currently the best football club in the world and is in relentless form. Much of it is due to their attacking prowess as they have the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema, Gareth Bale, James Rodriguez and Toni Kroos to bolster their attack. Among them, Ronaldo has been in top form helping Real to victories through his amazing goal scoring abilities.

But Real Madrid is not just about their attacking power. It is a team built on a solid and compact defense with the likes of Sergio Ramos and Pepe marshalling the center of the defense alongside Marcelon and Carvajal. The leader amidst the defense is without doubt Sergio Ramos, a player who is the perfect defender in the modern age.

Sergio Ramos is a complete player who is extremely solid in defense, does not let attackers through and commands his area with full force. He also has the ability to score crucial goals whenever the team needs through his heading ability. He has scored some terrific and most valuable goals for the team, especially in the Champions League Final against Atletico Madrid last season which took the game to extra time and helped Real Madrid win the tie 4-1 (AET).

Sergio Ramos is the most important player and a leader. He is the backbone of the team and without him Real Madrid would not fare so well. That is the current dilemma as he has rejected a new contract offer from the club. Reliable sources reveal that Sergio Ramos has refused to pen down a contract and rumors suggest he may be on a move to the Premier League, with Manchester United and Chelsea interested in the Spanish International.

Sergio Ramos is certainly an asset for Real Madrid and him not signing a contract would be a major worry for the club.
