Manchester United demoted Radamel Falcao to their U21 team

Soccer News:

Radamel Falcao 29 year’s old Colombia attacker is leaving their toughest days in his career. Less than three years ago Falcao was one of deadliest strikers in Europe and on Tuesday he is playing for Manchester United U21 team in U21 Premier League match.

Falcao arrived this summer in Manchester United from Monaco on loan with the options that allow Manchester United to buy Falcao contract from the Monaco at the end of the season for 45 million pounds. But since his arrival to United Falcao didn’t live to their expectations he played 20 games for Manchester United and score only 4 goals or if you are more statistical person then Falcao is scoring each 5 games or every 302:30 minutes. That is low for an attacker of his caliber. Also if you take in consideration that he is on the top of Manchester United monthly paycheck list then those data are embarrassing. Falcao was on the bench in the Monday FA Cup game against Arsenal (United lost 1-2) but United boss Louis van Gaal didn’t bring him in the game. U21 Premier League rule allow three players that are older than 21 year to play for the team. Falcao will join another great player ex Barcelona goalkeeper Victor Valdes in Manchester United U21 team, but Valdes is returning from the injury and still catching his form.  There is already a lot of talk that United is not going to use their chance to buy contract from Monaco and with this action it Falcao would need a miracle to stay in United after the season.

But even if he don’t stay in United Falcao will quickly find a new club, there are rumors that Manchester United at the end might use their chances to buy Falcao from Monaco and then swamp him with Paris Saint-Germain for Edinson Cavani. But for that we will have to wait until the end of season and summer transfer window.
