Soccer Rumors: Real Madrid's Carlo Ancelotti will most probably get fired really soon

Soccer News and Rumors:

There have numerous reports that the Real Madrid front office is seriously thinking about releasing Carlo Ancelotti, due to the team’s weak results lately. The Whites have looked lost on the field lately, losing two of their last three matches. Furthermore, Real Madrid has surrendered their first place in Primera Division to their rivals Barcelona. Los Blancos are struggling with their 4-3-3 formation, playing chaotic and without any idea in their attack.

These facts have all resulted in a lot of rumors about Ancelotti losing his jobs. However, it’s not the first that has happened to him, since he arrived at Santiago Bernabeu. Last year, there were a lot of moments during the season when his sacking was discussed, but eventually nothing happened. The most critical moment was when Real Madrid was losing to Atletico in the UEFA Champions League, but it was Sergio Ramos’ header that saved Ancelotti’s job.

“In fact, they (Madrid’s board) were even thinking of getting rid of him last season, but (Sergio) Ramos’s 94th-minute equaliser in the Champions League final against Atletico changed their plans. However, if his header had gone just a centimetre another way, then Ancelotti would have been sacked. So that is still on the backs of the club’s mind.”

It’s strange how even though Real Madrid was able to win 22 consecutive times, and their coach is still surrounded by rumors of losing his job. In my opinion it will be a huge mistake if Real Madrid decides to fire Ancelotti, as he is one of the coaches in the entire world, and there is almost no one that can communicate with his players they the Italian does. According to Roberto Di Mateo, who is now in charge of Schalke 04, Los Blancos will find it hard to find anyone better suited for the job than the Italian.

“Ancelotti is one of the best managers in the world. He’s been very successful throughout his career; he has worked at very big clubs, and he’s won a lot of titles. He’s very experienced. He’s had a lot of success. He’s coached big players. On a global level, he’s one of the best managers, and it’s difficult to think of anyone better.”

The most curious thing is whether Ancelotti’s fate hasn’t been already decided. It’s highly unlikely that he will leave the club before the end of the season, but when the campaign ends Real Madrid may show him the exit door.

Ancelotti: “When we lose it’s the coach’s fault, when we win the coach’s merit is zero.”
