Here are 5 Premier League players that could move to Serie A in the summer: –

Yaya Toure

At a time when Manchester City aren’t performing well in the League and have been reduced to fight for their place in the top 4, the blame has shifted towards the Ivorian. Not in the best form of his life, Toure might quit Manchester City at the end of this season. And with the former boss Roberto Mancini itching for his signature, Inter Milan might be the next destination for the 2-time Premier League winner.

Stevan Jovetic

While he was signed from the Italian club FC Fiorentina for a hefty price tag in 2013, many predicted the Montenegrin to be a long-term partner in crime of Sergio Aguero. However, with a plethora of strikers to choose from a lack in confidence in his ability, Manuel Pellegrini hasn’t valued Jovetic much in his team-plans this season. Evicted from the team to play in the Champions League quarter-finals, Jovetic was rightly disgusted and he might express his feelings with a move back to Italy in the summer.

Graziano Pelle

Arriving in the Premier League with a bang with 6 goals in his first 10 appearances for the Saints, the Italian has taken a quite route since – scoring 2 goals in the next 21 appearances for the Saints.

While his team has continued to perform at a higher level since the dawn of New Year, the form of the Italian has gone down meticulously. However, there still are many suitors for him back home where the Champions League competing Lazio side is yearning for his signature in the summer.

Robin Van Persie

If news coming out from the Manchester United camp are to be believed, the Dutchman might the Old Trafford giants in the summer. Having enjoyed a brief but successful spell for Manchester United since his move from Arsenal, Italy is reported to be the next destination for the Dutchman. However, while he is on the other side of 30, the reigning Italian Champions Juventus are in for his signature and they are ready to offer him 200k per week.

Petr Cech

For a player whose departure is looking more likely than the others, Petr Cech is a player that will attract a tug-of-war contest over his signature. While a host of Premier League clubs are also after him with Liverpool and Arsenal both leading, Jose Mourinho is too cunning to sell him to his direct rivals in the Premier League. Reigning Serie A runners up Roma are also in for Cech and they are ready to offer him more first team action than what was available to him throughout this season.
