Soccer Rumors: Jurgen Klopp reportedly wanting to coach at Liverpool, Manchester United or Real Madrid

Soccer News and Rumors:

Even though the season still isn’t over, Jurgen Klopp has already stated which are the teams that he would love coaching. It has been reported that the manager would like work with Liverpool, Manchester United or Real Madrid during next season. From these three clubs, taking over the Red Devils seems like the most unlikely destination for the German. However, it won’t be much of a surprise if Liverpool or Real Madrid decided to hire Klopp after the end of the current season.

Klopp has said that his “dream” is to coach Manchester United, but it seems that Louis Van Gaal will stay with the team at least for now. The Dutchman started the campaign pretty bad, but recently he has managed to turn things around. The Red Devils are currently sitting in third place in the Premier League table, and it seems that they will be able to finish the season in the top four. If Klopp really wants Van Gaal’s job, he may have to wait for the Dutchman’s thee-year contract to end.

However, the Liverpool and Real Madrid jobs may be available after the end of this season. Even though, Brendan Rodger found a way to lift Liverpool from their early-season struggles, it’s quite likely that he may leave Anfield at the end of the campaign. He couldn’t lead the Reds out of the group stage in the UEFA Champions League, and the team was also recently beaten by Aston Villa in the FA Cup semi-finals.

The situation in Real Madrid is also very tense, as Carlo Ancelotti’s job is everything but secure right now. It has been reported numerous times that the management of the clubs is seriously considering firing the Italian after this season. However, if Ancelotti finds a way to win La Liga or the UEFA Champions League, things may be a bit different. However, Klopp would be a pretty good replacement, as his coaching style is aggressive and attacking – something that the Madrid fans could possibly like.

Jurgen Klopp’s future is very foggy at the moment, as almost every big team has a solid manager. Even though Liverpool and Real Madrid have been underperforming, it’s unclear whether Rodger and Ancelotti will be fired. The possibilities of both coaches staying put are very big. This leads us to the conclusion that if Klopp wishes to take over a big club, he may have to wait a bit.
