Soccer Rumors: Real Madrid seriously considering on going after Chelsea's Eden Hazard

Soccer News and Rumors:

The season is slowly, but surely coming to its end and the transfer rumors are gathering speed. The latest speculations in the world of football are once again concentrated around Real Madrid. There have been several reports that the Whites are monitoring Chelsea’s star, Eden Hazard, and the latest interview that Zinedine Zidane gave strength to the rumors. When the former French international and Real Madrid midfielder was asked whether there are any current players that made him dream, he answered the following:

“No. That’s not the right word. There are players I keep an eye on and who I like a lot, like Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, of course. They’re fantastic players, but I like Eden Hazard a lot too. I enjoy everything he does on the pitch. I like the way he carries himself, that decisive streak in him and the fact that he’s improving every year. He can still get better too, and I think he’s a big reason why Chelsea are on top of the table.”

It’s not very surprising that Real Madrid is keeping an eye on Hazard. The current Chelsea midfielder is one of the best players in the world right now, and he is a big reason why the Blues are sitting in first place in the Premier League.

Furthermore, Hazard would be a great fit in Madrid, because of his incredible level of technique and skills. In the last couple of years, the Belgium international hasn’t stopped improving, and if he joins the Whites he will fit in the system pretty easily. Not only that, but if Gareth Bale really leaves Real Madrid after the end of this campaign, the Whites are going to need a world class player to replace him. Eden Hazard could be that player – he has what it takes to do it. Nevertheless, signing Hazard won’t be such an easy task. He just got a new contract from Chelsea and Real Madrid will have to pay a huge amount of money if they want him in their lineup.
