In the last game against Sevilla (2-2) after being substitute Neymar showed very un-sportsmen behavior. Off course all media immediately start writing how there is a big fight in Barcelona locker room, today Luis Enrique answer some questions about that incident.
Best player and still get replaced
Enrique said that he didn’t see Neymar reaction on the bench, but no matter that he thinks that everyone in Barcelona have to accept that he is the boss and he decide who is playing and who will get replaced. Neymar scored beautiful goal from a free kick for 2-0 for Barcelona and was probably one of best Barcelona players on the field. But in 76′ Enrique replaced him with Xavi and soon after that Gameiro scored the equalizer. On the conference before their game against Paris Saint-Germain tomorrow in UEFA Champions League Luis Enrique said:
„I didn’t see anything. I understand that all players want to play and the players should have to understand I have to make decision. From there you can speculate about whatever you want“
Enrique didn’t want to say will Neymar be in starting IX against Paris Saint-Germain or he will start on the bench due to incident. For the upcoming game Barcelona can’t able to count on suspended Dani Alves, but Enrique don’t think that will be a big problem for Barcelona.. Enrique told the newspapers that Alves is important player for Barcelona, but he believes that with Barcelona large squad there are a lot of options to cover Dani Alves place.
Quarter-final “Deja Vu” between Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain
Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain will play their first game of UEFA Champions League quarter-finals tomorrow. Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain were in same group this year, Paris won first game 3-2 but then Barcelona demolish them in second game 3-1. Interesting fact is that these two teams meet in last year quarter-finals, Barcelona move to semi-finals on away goal it was 2-2 in Paris and 1-1 in Barcelona.
