Where should Falcao play next season?

Soccer News:

Radamel Falcao isn’t exactly in the best form of his career lately and whether he’ll continue playing in Manchester United next season is looking like a very uncertain thing. Falcao just hasn’t been able to fit in Louis Van Gaal’s tactics this season and we haven’t seen a lot from his goal scoring abilities – just 4 goals in 19 appearances. The fact that the attacker is on loan for this campaign makes the situation very hard for the Red Devils – should they offer him a big contract and keep him or just let him go somewhere else?

We will discuss where Falcao could go this summer and what the latest rumors have been:

Real Madrid – there have been a lot of rumors that Falcao can end up in Real Madrid this summer, even though they are cooling up as the attacker’s form on the field isn’t getting better. However, there are still some chances that Falcao may end up playing with Los Blancos, mainly because of the fact that Falcao’s agent, Jorge Mendes, has some pretty good relationships with them. The problem here is that Madrid has a lot of options and they don’t necessarily want Falcao the way they did a couple of years ago. The final verdict is that Falcao playing in Real is possible, but not very likely to happen.

Juventus – even though Juventus may not look like a very attractive place for Falcao to go, it may suit him very well. He will become an important figure and the squad and he will be able to return to his previous form. Furthermore, he will surely receive a lot of playing time, as Carlos Tevez has made a lot of announcements that he does not wish to continue his career with Juventus. The big problem with this deal is that Juventus doesn’t have the financial power to sign Falcao. The verdict here is that the deal is almost impossible to happen, because of Falcao’s price.

Manchester United – there are a lot of speculations that the Red Devils would keep Falcao even though he’s played terrible for them. However, it’s not very likely to happen. If Falcao doesn’t rediscover himself until the end of this season, just don’t think United will spend so much money on such an ineffective player. The verdict here – probably won’t happen.

AS Monaco – they are still the team that holds the rights to Falcao, so he will return to them at the end of this season. It is absolutely sure that Monaco will try everything to sell Falcao, however, the price for him will be too big for any other team to take. The likeliest scenario is that he will play the next season with the French club to try and rediscover his form.
