Handball Transfer News: KIF Kolding Kobenhavn hoping to keep Kim Andersson and another player leave RK Metalurg

Handball News:

After there was a rumor that Kim Andersson could sign a contract with Paris Saint-Germain we got an official statement from Kim Andersson current club KIF Kolding Kobenhavn. Kobenhavn official Jens Boesen said that they would like to keep right back in the club even after his contract ends in June. Boesen said that Kolding Kobenhavn offer him (Andersson) a contract before the Christmas and now is up to Kim to answer. Boesen knows that they cannot compete with the financial might of Paris Saint-Germain and he (Boesen) knows that in Paris Saint-Germain Andersson could get double pay that he is getting now in Kolding Kobenhavn. Boesen said that they are ok if Andersson chose a better financial contract since they know that it might be his last in career. KIF Kolding Kobenhavn is currently playing in EHF Velux Champions League; they proceeded to round 16 and will face HC Prvo Plinarsko Drustvo Zagreb for quarter-finals.

Macedonia domestic handball is in big troubles, we already write about big financial problems for RK Metalurg and yesterday exodus of Macedonian players continues. Macedonia and RK Metalurg defensive specialist Ace Jonovski will leave RK Metalurg due to big financial problems. Jonovski join Spain team Naturhouse La Rioja, he sign a contract until the end of season with possibility to extend on 2 more years. Another Macedonian team HC Vardar lost a player. Vardar surprises everyone last week when they beat German powerhouse Rhein-Neckar and took the second spot in Group C. But yesterday we got information that their playmaker Nemanja Pribak is leaving the club at the end of the season. Pribak new team will be Turkish champions Besiktas Mogaz who are ambitious to become “somebody” on handball map.
