Premiership: Another defeat for Manchester United, Leicester, Sunderland and Aston Villa all get 3 points

England Premiership Fixtures & Results: :


Today games in England Premiership give us some interesting results and bunch of red cards. We saw seven games and six red cards. Probably the main topic in the next couple of days will be another Manchester United defeat, this time from West Bromwich Albion.


Another defeat for Manchester United


Louis van Gaal team started to play again “hot and cold”; they lost at their Old Trafford 1-0 from club that is fighting to stay in Premiership West Bromwich Albion. Only goal was score in 63’ after ball deflected from free kick. United got a chance to get back in the game in 71’ but penalty shot from Robin v. Persie was save by Myhill. Liverpool beat Queens Park Ranger 2-1 and almost certain throw them out of Premiership. Liverpool was dominating and had all stats on their side, but until the end they couldn’t score the winner. Coutinho give Liverpool a lead in 19’, score didn’t change until 73’ when Fer scored the equalizer. Only six minutes later Liverpool got a chance to once more get into the lead but Gerrard penalty was save by Green.  Gerrard redeemed himself in 87’ when he scored winning goal for Liverpool.


Leicester, Sunderland and Aston Villa all get 3 points


Interesting thing is that 3 clubs from relegation zone manage to get three points in this round. Sunderland had the toughest job since they were playing Southampton who is fighting for the European competition. Sunderland gets in the lead from penalty shot in 21’, Gomes was the scorer. But in next attack Sunderland goalkeeper Pantilimon makes a mistake and Mane scored the equalizer. Sunderland manage to get three points from another penalty in 55’, Gomes scored his and team second goal in this game. Aston Villa beat Everton 3-2 and maybe gets them points that will keep them in Premiership in next season. With two goals from Benteke (10’ and 45’) Aston Villa was leading 2-0 in first half. In 59’ Lukaku scored for Everton from penalty shot but only 5 minutes later Cleverly scored third goal for Aston Villa. In 90’ Jagielka scored for Everton and for final score 3-2. In “relegation” derby Leicester was better than Newcastle united 3-0. Ulloa was double scorer from Leicester first in 1’ and 2nd in 48’ from penalty shot while Wes Morgan scored in 17’.
