At that time England desperately need a partnership so that they can take the control of the match back to them so that Collingwood and Pietersen gave a 94 runs partnership. At that stage Pietersen got out at the score of 51.

But Collingwood continues his runs flow and with the help of tale ender he hit a memorable century there. Andrew Flintoff came to crease but he didn't show any good cricket results and got out on the ball of Taylor. After Dismissal of Andrew Flintoff, England tale Enders gave their hundred percent to Collingwood and take total to 566. MJ Prior, SCJ Broad and GP Swann scored 39, 44 and 20 runs.
